Return and Exchange Policy
At Flawless Jeweler, we are committed to providing premium quality and exceptional service. To maintain clarity and transparency, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges under the specific conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, you must submit an Exchange Inquiry through our website. This process requires:

Clear, unfiltered photos of the item.

Answers to a few questions regarding the reason for the exchange.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all packaging, accessories, and GRA certificates (if applicable) included.
Eligibility for Exchanges
You may request an exchange under the following circumstances:

Item Arrives Damaged or Broken: * Note: You must report arrival damage within 24 hours of delivery.

You can send it back for repairs/exchange, or you may take it to a local jeweler and we will cover the repair costs upon submission of a valid receipt.

Wrong Item, Size, or Color Received: * Return it for free, and we’ll send the correct product promptly.
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases
We cannot accept exchanges under these circumstances:

Incorrect Size Ordered: For necklaces or bracelets, additional links can be purchased. Rings and chains can be resized by a local jeweler.

Personal Preference: Exchanges due to "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction with the design/appearance will not be accepted.

Post-Delivery Wear & Tear: Scratches, tarnishing, or damage caused by regular wear or improper care are not eligible.

Loose or Missing Stones: If a stone becomes loose after delivery, replacement stones can be provided, but repair costs are the customer's responsibility.

Maintenance Issues: Chain tangling, twisting, or bail fit issues are considered normal and can be resolved by a local jeweler.

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.
Custom, Hygiene & Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Custom Orders: Any customized, engraved, or made-to-order items.

Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, Earrings and Grills are final sale.

Cancellations: Once production begins, order modifications or cancellations are not permitted.
How to Start Your Exchange

Submit an exchange inquiry through our website’s return portal.

Complete the form and upload all required photos.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your item back.

Shipping Requirements: Items must be shipped via USPS only, and a tracking number must be provided. Ensure the shipment is valued between $60–$80 to avoid unnecessary import/export taxes.
Note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Items returned without original packaging or certificates will not be accepted.
Order Adjustments
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as our processing and production begin immediately.
